COVID SHIPPING ALERT: Please be advised that shipping times may take longer than usual. Shipping services (USPS and UPS) are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. SHIPPING POLICY

PreDia offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 in the continental United States. To simplify the order processing, we provide a flat shipping and handling fee for all orders placed online or on the phone. Flat rate shipping carrier type is determined by WynnPharm (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). For all domestic orders, please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery. All international orders, including Canada, please allow 10-20 business days. All international locations must pay real time rates. All orders, including Expedited are processed within 24-48 hours. All orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. Expedited service is not available over the weekend. Please note, we currently do not ship to Mexico. Please note that shipping fees do not include any customs or VAT fees that may occur.  

As of July 2021, WynnPharm has introduced a new dedicated PreDia website to improve user experience. Unfortunately, if you have an account already on wynnpharm.com, you will be asked to create a new account as previous information were not imported to the new website. RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. PreDia honors a generous 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee on all products – no questions asked! Please allow 10 to 15 days for refunds. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, products returned after 30 days or shipping charges. Returns must be made to the place of purchase (i.e. prediausa.com, Amazon.com, etc.).

For a full refund on your products (not including shipping), please complete the following within 30 days:  

1. Contact the place of purchase (i.e. predia.com, Amazon.com, etc.) to get a Return Authorization Number.

2. Mail all containers (opened or unopened) to:

3. Include a copy of your order invoice. If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please include name, phone number, email and any additional information about your order.
